Cantonese Soup
Ingredients:
- 12 cooked mussels
- 12 clams
- 1 precooked shrimp per person
- 300 gr. broccoli
- 80 gr. peas
- 100 gr. bean sprouts
- 50 gr. and spinach leaves
- fresh Ginger
- 3 black mushrooms
- 25 gr. Noodle
- 750 cm3 of clear chicken broth
- 750 cm3 of clear fish broth
- Salt and white pepper.
Preparation:
Cook the broccoli and peas.Boil the noodles too.
Cut black fungi into thin slices.
Mix both broth and bring them in a boil.
Place in a soup cooked all ingredients. Bathing with the broth and season with salt, pepper and ginger.
