Chinese Curry Noodles
Ingredients
- 150 gr. Chinese rice noodles
- 1 chicken breast
- 650 ml. chicken broth
- Olive oil
- 1 level tablespoon curry
- 10 sheets of spinach
- 1/2 beet
- 1/2 onion
- salt
Instructions
Initially cook the chicken pieces in a large pan with olive oil. When the chicken is browned, let's add the chicken broth and let's raise the heat to create a "chup chup" constant but quiet for cooking Chinese noodles.
When the broth starts to boil, add Chinese rice noodles with curry, stir well, and let everything cook until pasta is done. While we're chopping the onion and finely grating the arugula, which we will take to the pan along with the spinach just a couple of minutes before removing from the heat.
Serve accompanied Chinese noodles curry chicken and chopped vegetables with broth, like soup.
