Oriental Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp (21-25) clean without the tail
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 medium onion cut the Julian style
- 1 green pepper cut the Julian style (bell pepper)
- 1 carrot cut the Julian style
- 1/2 cup water chestnut
- 15 snow peas
- 1 ounce Teriyaki sauce
- 1 ounce salsa Schezuan
- Hoisin sauce 1 ounce
- 1 ounce of water
- 2-tbsp sesame oil
Procedure:
In a wok put 1 tablespoon oil, 1 garlic and ginger 1. Saute the shrimp for two minutes and remove from wok.Then place in the wok 1 tablespoon oil, 1 garlic and ginger and saute 1 all vegetables for 1 minute. Add the meat and saute for 1 minute.
Add water and saute for 1 minute more. Bon appetit!
