Stuffed Wonton
Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1,5 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- salt
For the filling:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1/2 tsp. oyster sauce
- 4 Chinese onions
- 1 egg
- oil
- Chinese cinnamon
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
To prepare the dough , mixing the egg, flour, water and salt. Work the dough until tender find it. Let stand 10 minutes and stretched until it is as thin as possible . Finally , cut into squares of 5 cm .To make the filling , fry the chicken and seasoned with pepper, salt and Chinese cinnamon. Add the onions and oyster sauce . When removed from the fire, casting a cuchadarita see each wonton dough .
Fill the dough with the filling. To paste , paint the edges with beaten egg yolk . Finalemte , fry in a wok and wonton stuffed in abundant oil.
An alternative , more healthy and natural, is to cook them in bamboo baskets .
One final tip : These dumplings are ideal to accompany bland sauce and a few drops of sesame oil.
