Chinese Cabbage Wrapped Rice
Ingredients
* 2 bowls of steamed rice* 4 Chinese cabbage leaves cooked and drained
* 3/4 bowl of shredded sardines
* 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Preparation
1 - Cut the hard part of the cabbage leaf (leaf initiation, see video), and finely pícala Book it.2 - Placed in a medium rice bowl. Mix chopped cabbage, shredded sardines and sesame. Stir well.
3 - Wet your hands with a little salt and make four balls or triangles with rice water.
4 - Wrap each ball of rice with a piece of cooked cabbage.
5 - Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
