Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
- Breaded chicken breasts
Sauce:
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons sugar tablespoons
- Tablespoons vinegar 3 tablespoons
- 1/2 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water.
Fry the fillets and set off in strips. Booked.
We make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients, put the fire until it thickens a little.
We serve over the chicken pieces accompanied by white rice or Chinese noodles.
